Ingredients

  • Fruit: 2 large navel oranges 1 small banana 4 fresh blueberries 4 fresh strawberries
  • Garnish & Extras: 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (for eyes and nose optional) 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional for fur effect)

Instructions

Step 1:
Slice the oranges into rounds about 1/4 inch thick Reserve two large center slices for the bear faces
Step 2:
Cut four smaller orange slices (from the ends) to use as the bears ears
Step 3:
Peel the banana and slice it into 1/4-inch rounds Use two slices per bear for the snout
Step 4:
Place each large orange slice in the center of a plate or board as the face
Step 5:
Attach two smaller orange slices to the top sides of each face as ears
Step 6:
Place two banana slices at the lower center of each orange face for the snout area
Step 7:
Put a blueberry on each banana slice for the nose
Step 8:
Use mini chocolate chips or small blueberry halves as the eyes above the snout
Step 9:
Slice the strawberries in half and use them as decorative accents around the bear faces
Step 10:
Optionally sprinkle shredded coconut around the faces for a fun furry effect
